Johannes Böhm and Laura Crocetti

On February 25, 2025, Laura gave a talk in the Geo Colloquium series at TU Wien. The talk was about the "Application of Machine Learning to Model Spatio-Temporal Patterns in GNSS Time Series" and referred to her research done during her Ph.D.

Thank you, Prof. Johannes Böhm, for the invitation and thanks to the entire audience for coming.

Abstract:
Machine learning (ML) techniques offer the possibility to analyse geodetic data and products from different perspectives and help scientists to explore large amounts of data. The presentation provides examples of the successful application of ML, in particular the development of a global troposphere model and improved modeling of GNSS station movements.
